RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened non-electrical/non-electronic items within 30 days from delivery. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. "Special Order" items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more than 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Upon receiving an RMA number the return must be received within 14 days or the return may not be eligible for refund or exchange. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (NO RETURNS ON ANYTHING ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC)

This includes: CDI boxes, Voltage Regulators, Coils, Switches, Stators, Starter motors, Ignition Points and Condensers.
All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the products we sell. Parts Reloaded has no warranty of any kind on new or used electrical parts, since improper replacement or replacement without first testing the rest of the ignition system may damage the new part. For this reason we are unable to retest the equipment to insure proper working condition for resale.
