Very disappointed! 2 weeks ago I ordered a puller for an Arctic Cat snowmobile and they sent me one for a Polaris instead. I’ve sent 5 emails since then along with photos to Partsreloaded.com and they have never responded to me. They also do not have a phone number to contact them which proves to me that they do not care about customer service. Buyer beware!!! ...

Nice set but needs items listed and maybe number keyed to an included packing list. No itentification of included parts means your not sure what parts you've just bought if the seals are close in size....
