RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from this site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We and our dealers attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
PRODUCT IMAGES
Please do not purchase your items from the image alone. We strive to provide the exact image of the item you are purchasing, but with the numerous products that we sell it is not always possible to take an exact photo of the item you are purchasing. Images can be deceiving especially when it comes to size and shape. In some cases we use a generic image to provide an example of what type of product you are purchasing and not the actual product. If you have any questions in regards to the product before purchasing please contact us. Otherwise we use the manufacture's description and we recommend using that as your frame of reference when purchasing the product that you need.
ELECTRICAL PARTS
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS
This includes: CDI boxes, Voltage Regulators, Coils, Points and Condensers.
All warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer of the products we sell. Parts Reloaded has no warranty of any kind on new or used electrical parts, since improper replacement or replacement without first testing the rest of the ignition system may damage the new part.
PRICING With respect to items sold by us, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: * If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. * If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by us and/or our dealers..
RETURNSYou may return most new, unopened items which were not special orders within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (if you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Special order items may be returned at our discretion. We will not accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used, is missing the serial number or UPC, or returned more then 30 days after delivery. If you would like to make a return or exchange, you must contact us by email and receive an RMA number before returning your items. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. (NO RETURNS ON ANYTHING ELECTRICAL)
CANCELING AN ORDER
After placing an order online and you wish to cancel the order prior to it shipping will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the order can not be fulfilled by our supply due to error or inability to obtain the item or similar item the restock fee will not apply to the cancellation.
FITMENT
To the best of our knowledge, all photos and application information contained herein are accurate. However, Parts Reloaded assumes no liability related to product use and fitment. Buyers are solely responsible to insure that product use and fitment is consistent with their machine and application.
SHIPPING
We offer three forms of shipping for most U.S. orders. Please allow 1-3 business days before your item is shipped. Your shipping charges are reflection of the carrier and not an expedited processing service. We do not guarantee an exact time frame of when you should receive your order. We do not advertise same day shipping although we try to accommodate for it. Please be aware of times of the year where the demand for products or due to holidays and/or weather may actually effect ship dates. Once your order is shipped you will receive and email with the tracking information. Please check your SPAM filters and make sure all emails from PARTSRELOADED.COM are accepted.
